In celebration of both Earth Day and Arbor Day, the Kenneth J. Lehman Nature Trails Committee has scheduled a spring trail clean-up and workday. We typically clear winter storm damage, pick up trash, remove autumn olive, or mark trails to increase visibility. If there are enough volunteers, a new wetland trail may be installed. Please bring trimming tools (pruners, clippers, ratcheting, etc.). Some gloves will be available but feel free to bring your own. Footwear that can get muddy or tall waterproof boots are recommended. Volunteers will meet in the parking lot behind the Kenneth J. Smith Building on MCC's Sidney campus. Drinks and snacks will be provided. 

This event is open to the public as well as MCC students and employees; feel free to bring family and friends. All ages welcome. If you’d like to bring a group (Scouts, 4H, Church, etc.), please e-mail naturetrails@montcalm.edu so a project can be ready for you.
